Quilter's Husband needs other reading material

My poor husband....he complains there just isn't any proper reading material in our house! All he can find are quilt magazines, quilt books, etc. He thinks he knows more than the average "quilter's husband", due to his VAST reading selection! LOL Is he right? or do YOU have a husband (significant other or whatever) that knows waaaaay more than they want to know about quilting too?

I caught him sleeping reading my magazines, on the "throne", cooking and sweeping! I mean, how else are we going to educate them? heeheehee

By the way, this blog was HIS idea!

What a great husband. Could you send him to my house for some On the Job Training?

Did he pose for those pictures? Mine knows just enough to sometimes critique my work--that might qualify for knowing a little too much. Most times, non-committal--my RR crossing got "that's kinda pretty" which almost ranks as high praise, LOL.

Maybe we need to send him off to the local library? DJ would recommend Robert Parker lately.

yes, posing would be the word! LOL Cooking--not! Sweeping--on occasion. Napping--all the time. But he does say that he really does read the quilt magazines!

Mine doesn't read about quilts but he's picked up a thing or two in the 5+ years I've been quilting.

He's so proud of himself when he recognizes a quilt pattern.

Great pictures - posed or not! My husband is just very happy that my quilting keeps me occupied enough that I don't mind how often he's on the golf course!

What a hoot!!!

No, you'll never catch my DH reading a quilt magazine and he avoids the shops (although he will wait in the car if I need something "quick"). On the other hand, he's supportive and never complains when I "need" something new. Of course, he'll never be able to figure out what I'm going to do with "all that fabric!" LOL!!!
