This is "I Think I Can" baby quilt that I donated. It was quick and easy to do except for the lousy stretchy minkee type border. But some baby will like the soft edges and not notice that they 'wave' a bit! LOLWoven Triple Irish Chain--this was using Lakehouse fabric (I love their stuff!) and designed by Mark Lipinski. I just loved it when I saw it in a magazine (McCall's??) and when I got the fabric, I realized that the picture made it look MUCH larger than it was. I had wanted it for a double bed, so had to make it much larger. 2480 little 1" squares later...it's done!
Gratitude is finally done! My students quilted it on Zoe for practice and I got the binding finished and label on at the retreat. and the backing is comprised of what yardage I had of 30's prints and I used some of the FQ's that were in the bundle that I didn't use in the challenge. and I was one tired puppy on Sunday night! I went to bed early--like 9:30--unheard of for me! But I only had about 6-7 hours sleep all weekend. Sewing until 3 AM and then I had breakfast duty on Saturday morning didn't help! Sew much fun!!

You accomplished a LOT! Love the TIC and the grattitudes quilts.
That woven Irish Chain is a stunner - it's been on my to-do list too, ever since the magazine came out. 2480 pieces???? YIKES!
You sure had a super retreat, love the results - Psalm of Comfort and Tulip Wreath are my faves I think, but they're all great.
I have loved your fabrics for your Gratitude ever since way back when...you first stared on it.
Who would have figured black with 1930's???? But you made it work!!! and now that I see it all done and complete I am WOWed by it! Simply a beautiful use of black fabric... so strikingand sharp. I love it!! Great Job!
